· Group rate on employee name tags and identification badges How to Become a MemberMembership Application FormMembership is open to any Conservation District employee, and those who support of the vision and mission of the association (associate members). MACDE encourages all Michigan Conservation District employees to become members. Yearly membership dues are $20.00, life membership is $200.00. MACDE welcomes associate members! Your associate membership dues will help support the conservation of Michigan's natural resources. Dues are the same as for regular members.
