2008 Training Needs Assessment

Background: In February, March and April, 2008, an electronic needs analysis was conducted of agency staff and certified crop advisors (CCAs) in the six Great Lakes states by the Great Lakes Regional Conservation Professional Development and Training program. The survey was distributed to all SWCD employees in the state via email and a single email was sent by the American Society of Agronomy to all certified individuals in Michigan.

This summary includes the data for Michigan participants, and was produced by Kevin Erb, U of WI Extension. In the tables, the top 3 responses are  listed in bold. Unique responses (i.e. a category seemed significantly higher than the mean) are italicized.
